The Massachusetts Department of Public (DPH) is seeking to establish a pool of prequalified laboratory service providers from which the Bureau of Infectious Disease and Laboratory Sciences can purchase specialized laboratory testing services on an as needed basis. DPH intends to create a master agreement (MA) contract with qualified laboratory service providers that can provide high quality laboratory testing services not offered by existing statewide contract(s). This solicitation will establish rate agreement contracts with all providers able to serve Bureau of Infectious Disease and Laboratory Sciences (BIDLS) in the various areas of testing services inclusive of pre-analytical and post-analytical functions
